About Us

The Swell Box was founded to create a space for honest theological reflection. It is our deepest desire to perceive all interactions, events, and issues through the eyes of Christ.  That means splitting through the often polarizing positions of culture and falling headlong toward our true center, Christ. Everyday, we react and respond to our culture, religion, and relationships therein. The questions of this blog are, "How are we responding? And why? How might God call us to respond? What does Scripture speak to this?" We think theological reflection can be a guide in the process of responding like Christ. For more info on the process of theological reflection, see our Introduction, or search Google.
